Jeremy & Emma Borg crossed paths at Lloyd's Camp, Botswana. It was here they got married under an acacia tree.

They established Painted Wolf Wines in 2007, since then have traveled extensively to spread the word about our wonderful wines & the painted wolves the wines support.

JAPAN – South African Wine Day

February 2

The South African Embassy in Japan has registered 2 February with the Japanese Anniversary Association

It is the anniversary of the first South African wine being produced in 1659.

Jan Van Riebeeck, Founder and first Commander of Cape Town/ the first Administrator, the Dutch East India Company,  wrote in a diary entry on 2 February 1659,  ‘the first wine was produced successfully by Cape Grapes’.

This will be the first South Africa wine day in Japan and we hope that all our wine fans around Japan will enjoy a good glass of Painted Wolf Wines to mark the occasion.

Contact our importer to find out where to buy our wines.
