Emma, our Asia Adventurer is going back to Japan for the third year in a row. She will be exhibiting at Foodex Japan, cementing our relationship with our amazing Japanese importers, Homboshoten and introducing wine enthusiasts to our range of wines.
If you happen to be there, you can find her in the International Exhibition Zone at Booth 2C03 (which translates to Hall 2, Block C, number 03).
Jeremy prepared a list of wines that Emma will be presenting at Foodex and the Japanese food they could be paired with. You can download it here.
Wild life Wednesdays at the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition at the Chavonnes Battery Museum are continuing until the exhibition closes at the end of March.
If you go on Wednesday Evenings, you can get a glass of wine with the fascinating talks they are hosting.
If you go at anytime, including Wednesday nights, make sure you put your name in the draw at our display. Every month we are giving away a mini dog box to a lucky person. The mini-dog box contains 5 of our wines and a fiercely fluffy wild dog mascot to make sure it gets to you.
Our wine club continues to grow. If you are not yet a member, you might want to consider joining for our Easter special. Keep an eye out for the announcement on facebook and here, or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be put on the wine club mailing list – then you can check out the offers before committing.

March’s edition of Food and Home Entertaining, features a lovely article about our Top Dog.
They have published three of his recipes, the writing of which was a task that Jeremy confesses was harder than cycling from Cornwall to Edinburgh last year. The thing is, he cooks without measuring or really paying attention to details. He relies on knowledge, instinct and experience, and tweaks the tastes as he goes along.
When we made our video last year, he was being filmed by our designer, Lori, who amazingly managed to take notes in between filming and pin him down to quantities and methods, so that we could actually write the recipe.
If you don’t feel brave or energetic enough to try them out, watch this space. We will be holding a pop up dinner in June where these dishes and their accompanying wines will be featured.
